Basically, you want to get the Denizen's and Skulkers out.  Build up the skulkers fast with Brainstorms and Breakthroughs.  Sac. the Skulkers to get out the islandwalk and at the same time be Mega milling depending on how many Denizens you have out. Works fast and efficiently.  The Nagas sac and put creatures back in libraries and hands. Mask of the Mimic is a very strong card here for cheap.

I know it may be a bit expensive but Vedalken Shackles would have some fun in this deck...
