Do you think Crumble to Dust is too slow for Modern? It would do wonders against Tron...

I feel that inconsistency would be your biggest issue honestly. You'd be better off just sticking to demolish, volcanic eruption, or even maw of the mire combo with polluted dead and bone splinters. Also just by having liliana in this deck your gonna wanna go for a burn damage/land destruction/hand control deck. Try adding cards that contribute to that theme and i'll guarantee you that this deck will be dangerous.

Thanks for the posts and thoughtful suggestions. This is more of a in theory kind of deck just to mess with people's land base due to modern having so many fetches and shock lands. I was thinking about adding a splash of white for #Flagstones of Trokair, #Ajani Vengeance, more commands (total of 3) and maybe #vexing devils to drain life and have a threat because this deck doesn't have to many board presence and of course have access to the best hate for sideboard in the game. I hate playing against L/D (who doesn't) but just to throw people off of their mana will be fun.

If white is a consideration then you'd be better of making this deck mardu (R/W/B) rather than just rakdos (B/R). It'll be a good way to stick to your theme and still provide yourself with adequate protection.
