Use Lightning Bolt

instead of Lightning Strike

From the looks of it he's trying to keep this deck Standard.

Lightning Strike is Standard, Lightning Bolt is not.

I'm trying to keep the deck standard as it was originally designed as a budget deck my brother could take to FNMs.

Would definitely replace lightning strike with lightning bolt for Modern.

If the deck wasn't budget I'd replace some basic lands with Steam Vents and replace Voyage's End with Cyclonic Rift.

It needs playtesting to make sure the balance between counters and burn spells is correct. Also wasn't sure whether to add in some card drawing like Divination or not.
