Made a few changes. Deck has some combos. It looks ok though.

It's not a bad deck, I'm just not a big fan of the whole coin flip for an effect theme. But with Ral zarek he makes it worth it. As long as you can protect him long enough to ultimate him then you've got yourself a winner. Try incorporating more of the izzet leagues' cards and you should have a stronger base as far as spell mastery goes.

If you tried playing some of the creatures that have stat altering effects and play cards with OVERLOAD then you'll also have more interaction with your opponent's deck.

If you want to get some massive damage out of stuffy doll, try shivan meteor. 13 damage to a player for 5 mana that they likely won't plan to stop.
