is aether Vial really nessary?  seems like urza's incubator would be more useful.

It's good for combat tricks, it acts like flash.

I was wondering if you had it in there because you were worried about counter spells until I saw cavern of souls.  I get if you want to use it for flashing creatures out just seems powerful enough already
 
the potential board you can play with urza's incubator will be a lot more creatures overall... so its a tough choice.
it makes most of your creatures cost just 1 mana.

True! But I think it's better a "sudden entrance" rather than a discount on creatures (which are not so costy afterall)
For Collected Company, one or two would be more efficient if there would be more creatures with cmc max 3...

ah thats true.. and its actually surprising to me that cavern of souls is still modern legal.
