It could work, add conjurer's closet, fiend hunter, banisher priest, and restoration angel would be good cards to add to this deck. What's the main goal pf the deck?

Dark confidant is a bad idea, with 4 ccm6 and 7 ccm4, you will lose a lot of life.
Lone missionary could really help, maybe replace some damnation by languish, at least your titans will survive.

And also I just saw something; If you play Grave titan, use fiend hunter's effect on YOUR grave titan and then kept using conjurer's closet on the fiend hunter then you'd have an endless loop of flickering your titans and having their effects repeat over and over again. Also add cloudshift so that you can repeat this process even more. I really hope this deck comes out great.
