[Standard] Abzan Infinity

Abzan Infinity

Abzan Beatdown with an infinite combo built in. Any advice? I think this has a lot of potential for the new format.

Why kin tree? Wonder if it has legs without getting the combo. Have you proxied to play test?

I haven't proxied it yet. Once I get the displacers on Friday at the release I'll build it out to play with. I was thinking this deck would run pretty similar to abzan company in modern. Not sure how well anafenza will be in the long run.

Okay cause I understand the use but are you going to spend turns blinking her or playing a cc or other creatures ya know?

Thoughts on matter reshaper? Draw benefit if not getting a creature back on the field.

In all reality, you could drop the zulaports and make this strictly green white with anafenza as the win condition through infinite bolster triggers, but I think this is a better option. Hopefully testing goes well and it runs good enough to play at the Columbus open at the end of the month.

I think Matter Reshaper could be a great addition. I might end up replacing Anafenza for that. Seems like a solid trade.

Well anafenza fits slot 2 if you have double white and matter is a 3 slot colorless..

That's true, there are a few three drops already in here, charm and painful truths. I think I'd rather draw cards in the long run, but I will definitely be testing it.

There are several ways to get colorless mana. Llanowar Wastes and Caves of Koilos both produce colorless, scions do as well. Plus we could just get him into play using Collected Company. So far, with test hands, colorless mana has not been an issue, but play testing will determine if it's a legitimate problem.

Yeah I don't think colorless would be too much of an issue.

I think Altar of the brood would be a nice win con. It does not have color and it only costs 1.

Hmm interesting. I like it, not sure if it's better than zulaport, but definitely a solid alternative. I'll test with it as well.
