A few things jump immediately to mind.

1) I'm leery of EDH decks with so few lands. You're curve isn't that high, but some of your higher CMC cards will be dead in your hand for a while if you don't draw 1/3 of the total lands in the deck. I try to shoot for 40 lands and tweak from there. You might be trying to get some of the bigger creatures out with Yisan, but every time he dies, the counter resets, so he'll just be a quick target for removal until he gets too expensive to resummon.

2) Unless I missed something, you have zero draw. That can be iffy in EDH. Also, that makes Reliquary Tower a little redundant, since it's only adding (1). You generally won't be using the unlimited hand size.

I had a third, but it escaped my mind when I was typing the first two. If I remember it, I'll get back to you.  You might think about adding lands that have multiple purposes, like Dryad Arbor and Sapseed Forest. They could be useful in a pinch for other things than just mana. Also, Llanowar Elves is another good 1 drop that has ramp, like Elvish Mystic.

I have reliquary tower in for when i draw cards with garruk. At one point i had to draw 20 and only being able to keep 7 where i could have used it the next turn would have been great. Soul of the harvest also gives great draw power. Games usually dont last longer than than 7 8 turns. I was able to get worldspine worm out turn 5 a few times.
