Is it wrong that the thing I look forward to most during spoiler season is the rules updates?

Nothing too big of note, they clarified that ETB with counters counts as "placing" them, for cards like Doubling Season, and that spells can't affect illegal targets at all.  It used to be that Frost Breath couldn't tap an illegal target, but that target would still have the "Doesn't Untap" affect.  No longer the case.

Too bad we don't get ban-list updates until next week, my second favorite part of spoiler season. :(
