How do you feel about combos like Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood?
They are a fun combo, and I think would fit your deck.
You can also focus on the allies (like Drana's Emmissary) to get life loss/gain going.
Zulaport Cutthroat makes it rather... cutthroatish even in group MP
There's also landfall enchantments that do it as all (it being = opponent(s) lose 1 life, I gain 1 life)

Ouhh nice <,< especially to sideboard Norn's Annex against white decks.
I tought about Zulaport, but what would i put out instead ?
I think its not worth, even if all my creatures get killed. Maybe add some removals ? hmmm

Well another fun thing to put in is the Defiant Bloodlord, or Cliffhaven Vampire, they are creatures with the ability of Sanguine Bond.
Defiant Bloodlord being a more heavy Sanguine Bond, but with fliyng and 4/5, it can help a lot to make the enemy lose health.
Cliffhaven Vampire being a more MP Sanguine Bond, but with every opponent losing only 1 life each time you heal.
