What is the plan with this deck? It looks awesome, but how do you play it?

Storm. You cast a bunch of "free" spells, then hit them with a Grapeshot for 30.

You don't run any enchantment hate, either in your deck or sideboard. Leyline of Sanctity is a pretty common sideboard card. The opponent would certainly not hesitate mulliganing for it, because once it's on the battlefield, you lost 100% since you are lacking any alternate win option or - as said - enchantment hate.
You've only got 3 Young Pyromancer as second win option - in your sideboard.

Seems very cool but also kind of unlikely to actually have a turn 1 win. I can see turn 3 happening pretty easily. In order for a turn 1 though you'd have to have your hand plus the top like 20 cards of your library to be exactly right. And as trojan said. Leyline of Sanctity is a very real thing and completely stops this deck. Leyline is so common at my LGS that I won't play burn because of it.
