I would recommend adding rush of adrenaline, spiteful motives, inner struggle, uncaged fury, ulrich's kindred and might beyond reason would be good choices to add to this deck in really any combination. As long as you have enough ways to run your werewolves without seeming too predictable to the enemy you should be good.

I like Titanic Growth in there somewhere but Rush of Adrenaline and Uncaged Fury seem good. Especially with the Silverfur Partisan. Inner Struggle doesn't seem like a good choice with the deck already having Rabid Bite and Moonlight Hunt. You don't want to cast to much stuff and flip your werewolves back to normal. I'm inclined to find a way to get Duskwatch Recruiter in there.

Well the inner struggle is more for those creatures that you either; a) don't want to waste a good rabid bite on, b) have a toughness that's too high to kill in combat, c) a creature with death touch, or d) also as good removal for strong flyers. It can always be side boarded or replaced with  aim high or clip wings for side board options as well. Also if you cut down the scourge wolf, howlpack resurgence and village messenger all by one card (that's three in total) then you could fit in three duskwatch recruiter. Also if you're going to be using werewolves you might want to consider ulrich's kindred as a good side board option. It's a small mana sink that makes sure that one or even two of your creatures survives (as long as you have the mana for it).
