red madness engine?

So I'm trying to find a heavy madness engine for red. Black has Oona's Prowler, green has Wild Mongrel, blue has Aquamoeba.. Where's the love for red?

Hmm, I DO like Jaya Ballard, Task Mage! Think I'll test her out. I DO wish red had a two-drop "free" madness engine to compete with the other colors; ravenous bloodseeker is so damnably close to aquamoeba, but seeing as how activating its ability twice in one turn would kill it, it's just not there.

Nothing to do with your question, but I think that Elusive Tormentor is a good engine for black as well.

You could splash black for Oblivion Crown and put it on a red creature. Other than that pilgrim hit all the pure red outlets. Black also has so Zombie Infestation (double outlet).

Fingers crossed for a mono red outlet in Eldritch Moon
