He means you don't "have" or "own" the cards yet.
That's why it's called deck building and lately I see no problem with it. Shows creativity in a way

Mistake Sarkhan Unbroken is in Dragons of Tarkir, so its in standard, my fault, apologies.

@robort: no I mistakent the thing about sarkhan unbroken, every card that comes in future sets are in standard too in my opinion, everything is goog.
