hi! i really like this edh deck, but, have you thought about changing Swords to Plowshares to Path to Exile ?

Hi! If I had another path to Exile I would definitely play both. But as ist stands I think the drawback of giving my opponents life doesn't matter as much to me as giving them an extra land.
