You should replace
collateral damage
with
reckless abandon
.

for Recless Abandon

I prefer Collater Damage instead
Shard Volley
because is funny see the opponent lose 6 with 1 creature.
Spark elemental
3 damage before him sacrifice himself use Collater Damage soo funny

It must be fun to cast a
Vexing Devil
and that the opponent chooses to get the 4 damage for you to sacrifice it, and in response sacrifice it to
Collateral Damage

Magma Jet
instead of
Rift Bolt
is a definite choice.

the proble with that idea is that the etb effect has to have a choice, and when it resolves, then you can't respond. So if you try to do that, it doesn't work.

True, I missed that. I thought the sac thing was another trigger. I should have read it better
And how about
Needle Drop
? Most of the times it's a cycle with a damage

I do love the scrying, but I don't like very much the cmc 2 of the magma, but that's just me.
That's true, I like
Needle Drop
instead of
Shock
.
