Reckless Abandon if I want play Legacy is good, but I've build this for Modern because in those days I've some tournament format Modern

I prefer Collater Damage instead Shard Volley because is funny see the opponent lose 6 with 1 creature.
Spark elemental 3 damage before him sacrifice himself use Collater Damage soo funny

Add sideboard: 4 guttural response 1 Blood Moon 1 Leyline of punishment. Add Maybeboard: 4 Magma Jet

It must be fun to cast a Vexing Devil and that the opponent chooses to get the 4 damage for you to sacrifice it, and in response sacrifice it to  Collateral Damage :P

the proble with that idea is that the etb effect has to have a choice, and when it resolves, then you can't respond. So if you try to do that, it doesn't work.

True, I missed that. I thought the sac thing was another trigger. I should have read it better

And how about Needle Drop? Most of the times it's a cycle with a damage

I do love the scrying, but I don't like very much the cmc 2 of the magma, but that's just me.

That's true, I like Needle Drop instead of Shock.
