[Standard] Deck Assistance

I have a landfall deck that needs help replacing the cards that i have that are going to cycle out. Mainly i want the replacements to be from Kaladesh, and I do have a few cards that I'm looking at that may be useful, but i still wouldn't mind some ideas. And of course I will take ideas to modify the deck in general. Take cards out, change sideboard, etc.

This is the deck. Tell me what u think, I'll accept any criticisms.
