I just talked to my favorite Magic Artist, Daarken, and he said that he'll do it for people in the US.  He might be persuaded for international residents if you include return postage, I offered to include a self addressed stamped envelope too, even though I'm up in Portland.  I don't think he charges, but again, I'll probably include a tip just as a thank you for supporting the community.  His e-mail is on his website, Daarken.com
