Splashing black for Unlicensed Disintegration is a solid plan but what's the payoff for adding blue? Seems like you would be much better off swapping out those Spirebluff Canal for Shambling Vents or Needle Spires and swapping the counter spells for flat Murder or Anguished Unmaking.

blue for counters and reflector mage. can't afford man lands with 3 + colors in an aggro deck, and they aren't necessary against control decks with scrapheaps in sideboard. anguished would be ok just not sure what i would need it for.
