Your vampires must be starving. I reccommend Hanweir Militia Captain for a healthy diet. Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder provides cheaper food, but at lower nutrition values.

Did you forget to include your Blade of the Bloodchief or is it in your Atraxa deck?

Blood Mist is cute, Bloodgift Demon salutes you, Whip of Erebos could be interesting.

Maybe drop a kill spell in exchange for a force sacrifice/exile spell?

And some sort of graveyard recursion might be necessary here... Phyrexian Reclamation?
