I think you have too much 1 of and 2 of.

I'd remove jace scrutiny grip of the roil dramatic reversal and fall of the titan to focus more on the rest of the deck.

I think this will improve the deck's consistency.

I think you should think about how you want to win the game, and strip everything that does not help you, because right now it just seems like "Well that are some good cards in blue and red, oh and Copter, because Copter".

Try to get a clear way to victory, and then a consistent one, by cutting 1/2ofs and perhaps making all of your win conditions 4 offs.
