While I like the general combo mechanic I don't see how you guarantee to draw both Quillspike and Devoted Druid other than by playing them as 4-ofs. You get a 16% chance to have them both on your start hand not even taking mana issues into consideration. It is not before turn 9 that you get a 50% to draw your combo. If you haven't already lost the game at that point your opponent might have plenty of cards to destroy either one of your creatures (you have to take account of how vulnerable creature combos are).
So if I'm not overlooking something here you should add some tutors at least to improve your chances. A combo deck unable to get its combo working is an inevitable lose in most scenarios.
