To enable the Revolt mechanic more consistently. And Urborg allows us to use the fetches as Swamps, saving them for a Revolt trigger.

I think 26 lands is way too much when your curve doesn't surpass 4 CVC and getting mana screwed in modern happens fairly often like this, even more so in a mono black deck, so how about cutting down to 22 lands and adding 4 copies of a spell I think you forgot including with revolt(since you have too many revolt outlets with Yahenni and fetch): Fatal Push?
