Damn, I thought I could escape the Hydras but I think I'm gonna have to put a Hydra deck back together, cause this just looks too fun. If I can get a couple of Primordials back I'll have to steal this idea for some FNMs

@superdude6 well thank you for using my idea lol, glad i could finally put something together that people like honestly, so far its been scrub decks, but the hydras are proving unstoppable

Also, while looking at some cards, I came across Lead by Example.  It's a 2-drop, modern-legal, and goes nicely with this deck.  Since it is similar to Battlegrowth, I figured that you might want to consider it as well.

i use to run Lead by example, but i decided to focus more on getting my hydras out and pumped. I used to run Incremental Growth as well, but i think the mana cost for all of it was pretty high. i usually have 3-4 mana (i get mana screwed often) and i needed low cost spells to keep my hydras on the filed, like i said, pumping them is great until they get removed from the board.

Oh, I just thought you should know I looked at the rulings for Panharmonicon and it appears that it doesn't work for hydras. This is from the official rulings: "Abilities that create replacement effects, such as a permanent entering the battlefield with counters on it, are unaffected."

yup yup, i looked into that, and yeah it sucks for my Kalonian and Primordial, it works out great for my Managorger, and even helps out Champion of Lambholt. I have played it a as is a few times, and holds up well enough, ive gotten Panharmonicon out just about every time ive played it as well

Yo, I've been keeping a constant eye on this decklist since I love the playstyle of this version and I just opened a card from Aether Revolt that I think could work wonders. Heroic Intervention costs just one more than Fog or Blossoming Defense but it effectively applies both to all your creatures. This even gets around stuff like Wrath of God which normally neither of the other two can deal with. I'm definitely gonna try it out in my list
