Hello!

You might want to cut down the lands a bit. And  what do you need the dual lands for anyway?
You don't seem to need black and blue mana.

ok ill make this clear. You might want to think about not having as many DIFFERENT creatures opposed to just a playset (a playset means 4 of the same card). And you do not need Dimir guild gate OR azourius guild gate. Just take them out. hope this helped :)
