Fun deck idea! At first I didnt see how Melira fit, but shes good with Phyrexian Unlife. nice touch.
Something to consider: On the turn you use Angel's Grace, flash in that Near-Death Experience using Vedalken Orrery instead of hoping it makes it back to your turn.  Leaving it out there so long really telegraphs what you are trying to do.

Dude, thats a pretty cool idea; I'm on a really short timer the moment my group figures out what I'm up to.
 I was thinking about taking Melira out to keep the mana simple and that could be a fun one to replace her with.
