Nowhere near enough land. Especially if the deck is "Awaken Lands" at least four more land

I would bring Port Town down to 3, Prairie Stream down to 2, get rid of Ondu Greathorn, and then add 3 Island, 3 Plains, and 1 Evolving Wilds

That gives four more land, and makes it far more likely you'll be able to have your land come in untapped, making your entire mana base more effective. And tbh, Ondu Greathorn sucks. You had (and still won't have) enough land for a landfall creature, stick with Awaken. On top of that, even if you could trigger Landfall enough to matter, it's Landfall ability sucks.
