and changed 4 judge's familiar for 4 ornithopter. free to cast so can be recast immeditly after ninjustsu or familiar's ruse.

+ 4 baleful stryx : draw a card on etb is nice, deathtouch makes it a good blocker. 1/1 instead of 2/1 and no discard. but ccm=2 instead of 3. overall the cost and the draw offset the body and discard.
