It's option, but usually not a very good one. I can't say I haven't Cabal Therapy myself in Dredge though. Brainstorm Shuffling away your reanimation targets is the optimal play.

I enjoy the discussion here but there's one thing I completely disagree with :)
the notion that a reanimator doesn't want creatures in its opening hand.

I find my reanimator deck pretty potent and it is built on the idea of HAVING a biggy in your hand.
I've tried to explain early on ( Soren will remember :) that I have more ways to get a creature in the GY from my hand than from my library, therefore ....

I don't want to hijack this thread from padillatester but please allow me to post a link

Its actually built on having max 6 or 7 targets in ur deck, with the rest being cards like entomb, dark ritual, and reanimate.. but ok

Man what's up with you guys lol? Both of you guys are taking me WAY too literally. I am not saying you want NO fatties in your hand, sometimes that is good. Dark Ritual, into Collective Brutality, take your kill or counter spell, ditch a Griselbrand to Brutality, and then reanimate is just as good as entombing and then reanimate.

As far as your list is concerned Borg I think you are better off boarding the Abrupt Decays and just playing UB. I don't see the appeal of playing BG over playing UB, with G splash for Abrupt Decay in the board.  At this point you're a slower version of BR but you don't have any of the good things that Blue brings, IE FOW, Brainstorm, Ponder, etc.

Yeah don't run removal at all in reanimator. Run disruption, it's a very fast combo deck and removal just hurts ur chance of going off turn 1

Most lists run a 1 or 2 of Abrupt Decay sideboard to answer Deathrite, Cage, RIP, Containment Priest

At this point you're a slower version of BR
Could you point me to one of these BR versions ?
I'd like to see if they're really faster myself ;)
