Something Different...Elves!
Wellwisher
into
Ageless Entity
into
Immaculate Magistrate
with
Doubling Season
is the plan.
Typical Elf deck. Suggestions?

Hmm... needs some
Imperious Perfect
for token spam. Also
Copperhorn Scout
mightn't be a bad idea for the untapping creatures. I'd also consider replacing
Ranger's Path
with something like
Rampant Growth
or
Kodama's reach
as they both cost less mana but have similar effects or just replace it outright with
Llanowar elves
since this will also benefit
Elvish Archdruid
in the long run.
If your looking for some
inspiration
I built an Elf deck ages ago but it's still legal in modern tourneys. You can find it here

if your interested.

Awesome, thanks. I hate picking Elves because they all work together so well.
Imperious perfect
would work well with
doubling season
too.

I was actually thinking of adding cards like
ulamog, the ceaseless hunger
and
emrakul, the aeons torn
because i do have an
elvish piper
. Buying most of the other cards though..

You'll need more than one
Elvish Piper
, and a way to protect it. You don't get the "when you cast.." if u use
Elvish Piper
to play them though. In my main deck I use
Archetype of Endurance
to protect my creatures.

Ya true. After I posted this, I added an
Asceticism
to the list.

That's pretty good, I like the
regenerate
target creature. Usually I have other plays at that cost and I like to use
Elvish Piper
to get out
Archetype of Endurance
. But my group generally isn't very removal heavy.. I probably should invest in that

Both are good. Hard to only pick 60 cards....

I would go for Ulamog. Emrakul without the casting ability is nowhere near as op (though still very op if you can get it out turn 5). With Ulamog u just don't
exile
the 2 creatures if u cheat him in. And they're both game ending

Personally I think elves work best with low mana costs and large numbers so
Elvish Piper
is less useful to me. Also
Parallel lives
makes a good cheap alt for
Doubling Season
providing you don't need the +1/+1 counter effect.
