Razaketh is a combo commander. Because you can search for ANY card, you can easily set up combos.

So first, your going to want other tutors. Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Tutor and Diabolic Intent will all work really well in this deck. These will help get important pieces out, before Razaketh hits the field.

Next, you're going to want mana ramp. Razaketh costs an alarming 8 mana. Sol Ring, Basalt Monolith, Jet Medallion, Gauntlet of Power, Caged Sun, Blood Vassal and Blood Pet will all make great additions.

And now, we set up the combos. You can pick these, or any others you can come up with.

Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood: Win the game when you deal damage.
Tree of Perdition + Triskaidekaphobia: defeat opponent during your upkeep
Triskelion + Mikaeus the Unhallowed: Infinite damage.
Buried Alive + Reanimate: use buried Alive to put Triskelion, Necrotic Ooze, and Phyrexian Devourer in your graveyard. Use Reanimate to bring Necrotic Ooze back. Phyrexian Devourer's ability will give +1/+1 counters, and Triskelion's ability lets you use them to deal damage directly to your opponents.

You're only allowed one copy of each card in Commander, so get rid doubles. Then, just add creatures that give mana (Basalt Sliver, Bog Witch, Hedron Crawler).

And more lands. 35-40 lands is usually a good amount. Basic swamps will work just fine, but don't be affraid to throw in Cabal Coffers.

There is some sacrifice theme, but are you planning to go infinite somehow or just make value?
