I want help making this more effective at killing people from aetherflux reservoir. Helpz plz

Regal Caracal and Sacred Cat both provide creatures with lifelink to trigger the reservoir and for the horse to make tokens.  Also, if you expand into green, you have spells available to ramp your life up quickly.  Or black for lifelink or damage and life gain at same time (such as green black obelisk spider).

Put together correctly, yes.  Cat tribal decks are already urging in popularity (I designed one, and I have seen several others here already).
