If you are running Cloudpost, you may also want to consider Glimmerpost (and possibly Vesuva). With the large quantity of Wastes in the deck, Walker of the Wastes would be a very heavy hitter as well. Alternatively, you could instead add some copies of Tomb of the Spirit Dragon for life gain. Finally, Darksteel Citadel is another alternative consideration to Wastes.

I liked the concept of your deck, and just thought I would share some ideas.

You should have eye of ugin to go with the post lands. That way you can search for a colorless creature whenever you want. I also do not see why there is no eldrazi temple.
