how does it go infinite? once you have 2 energy, greenbelt stays on the battlefield

You need to have under 2 energy to start the combo:

1. Servant of the conduit out (tap for mana, 1 energy left)
2. Get Paradox engine out
3. Cast Greenbelt Rampager - you only have 1 energy, so return it to your hand and get one energy.
4. Tap Servant of the Conduit for 1 green mana, paying 1 energy
5. Cast Greenbelt Rampager again, which untaps Servant of the Conduit (via Paradox Engine) and you get an energy, tap it for mana, cast Greenbelt again etc.

Do this with Aetherflux Reservoir, Oketra / Bontu / Rhonas' Monuments out for effects that will win the game or give you a 1000/1000 with trample or 1000 white warriors with vigilance.

Deck looks great. I think I would have to see how it plays before I can suggest anything.

Testing out Key to the City as a card discard/draw engine as I don't want to have a hand full of useless legendary artifacts that I need to discard because I already have one on the field. Noose Constrictor I am also thinking about.
