HI,
how will you equip Ogre's Cleaver? Never, because you will win earlier. Change it, you can play Bonesplitter or Lightning Greaves or Mask of Memory or Sai of the Shinobi or Sigil of Valor. Every of this equipments will you help to play stronger.
You have no removal in your deck. I would cut Scrapper Champion and Markov Blademaster or Solemn Recruit to play Lightning Bolt or Swords to Plowshares.

Test it and you will improve.

All my decks are build with a low cost perspective since i got a low budget, so nothing with high price is on my objective. say so, you suggest to cut my favorite cards, all the idea of this deck is just to play Scrapper Champion, Markov Blademaster and Solemn Recruit because im in love with the ilustrations and concepts of those.

I mostly play free for all and two headed giant, actually, i didnt play 1v1 for at least 4 years. This deck is cheap (around 8-12€) and perfect for this mode, it can easily kill both enemy if a support control deck is in your side taking care of the defense, because it got all the damage needed for 30 lifes (Double strike and deathtouch can defend too, you may equip the weapons, atack with a creature, then equip the gorgon flail to other creature and defend with it). Plus those slightly longer games will make the cleaver to be use in late.

You may chek my monored elemental deck for a closer aproach to what you sugested, it got removal, haste and tremendous damage (Build around the Nova Chaser card, a 10/2 with trample)

This is a casual deck, i play mostly with friends that play for fun and build the decks around themes without much care about them being perfect, the idea of this deck is to have some pretty ladies outcombat the enemy creatures, so i called it the duelists deck. So bad for me there is no low cost good females with double strike, so i take the kor and the boros for the low drop.

I apreciate your tips, i understand it, and the eficiency improve of the deck with those changes, but for my personal taste, it take some of the fun around the cards and the theme to do so, not to mention im sure some of the cards like Lightning Greaves got high prices (same for Lightning Bolt, one card that is on my elemental deck, but im actually playing with Incinerate, since i cannot afford the update yet)

I didn't know your taste before i suggested something. So i wish all the time lot of fun to play with flavour. My decks are flavoured too, i don't play ever the strongest cards to play strong cards ;-)
