About Pia's Revolution - this card seems perfect for this deck, but I think you can shave down to 3 copies; multiples on battlefield wont stack. If you cut an implement of malice, you could add 2 more rb lands, as I think 20 lands could be rough even with low curve. Maybe the HOU cycle dual color lands? They etb tapped, but sorta replace draw lost from cutting implement of malice and cuts down on flood concerns.
