The problem is infect usually will be targetted and destroyed multiplayer, and they'll go super aggro sideboard 1v1

More rancor and get the Inkmoth nexus playset.... you’ll be happy with the outcome and blossoming defense swap for Vines of Vastwood. You can target their creatures as well. I’ve got one with very similar layout and it does the trick minus being budget with inkmoth in it. Good luck
