I think glint nest crane is a crucial card in this deck. You have 1 fewer treasure map than saffronolive, so 1 less 'hit' for the crane, but you really need daggers and panharmonicon in your hand to make this work. Given that they can block smaller fliers as a bonus to the search, these birds do good work, can even fly over for damage sometimes. Treasure map's scry also seems key to success, i would want 3, I f not 4.

Switching the rampaging ferocidon for scarab god is interesting - raiding the corpses of your opponent's best creatures while draining and scrying is hard to argue with - but it pushes the curve out higher, and loses some of the defense against token decks and ability to keep lifegain vampires / Aethersphere harvester in check like the red dino can. How has that card choice played out?

The scarab gods have helped big time as they gave me another win condition. If they are not bringing stuff back from my opponents graveyard they are grabbing stuff from my own for example hostage taker or champion of wits. With panharmonicon it makes it that so much sweeter. I want to squeeze in 2 ferocidons and 1 more treasure map, only got 2 maps at the mo as that is all I have at the mo but 3 would be so much better.

You do get the benefit from evolving wilds, sacrificing it for a tapped basic shuffles your deck. That's nice.

I missed out on picking up a playset of treasure maps before they went up in price, I wish I would have purchased 2 more. I think you will be happy getting a 3rd, for this deck and later decks you play. The deck looks fun; if you put together a sideboard, look at duress and doomfall for control/approach decks and probably abrade/counterspells now that god pharoh's gift did well at the ProTour.  I'm jealous you get to deploy The Scarab God, it looks crazy fun with panharmonicon.
