My idea for this deck is a jeskai control deck that uses tokens as win cons.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

If you are talking about Swords to Plowshares than that is not an option, it is not legal in Modern.

4 Cryptic Commands seem too much to me. I would go down to 2 or 3. You don't need them until mid to late game and you need to get tokens first.
I have been on an Opt high since it has been reprinted. You can give that card a try since it cost U and instant and can dig up to 2 cards. You need to have a bit more draw I think so you don't fizzle out.
