Why more champions over elite?  Makes no sense to me, if you want them to function the same way you can, but you run twice as many merfolk as non-creature spells.  Math doesn’t add up there.

The name of this deck is "Merfolk Grindy", are you going for an all out aggro kind of deck with some counterspells, or are you sticking to a mid-ranged build where the spells and creatures combo off of each other? Just trying to see your perspective on this one.
