B/W Shadow Aggro

Most of the cards in this deck focus on the shadow mechanic for unblocked combat damage.  Drana, Pianna, and Soltari Champion bolster the amount of power that your creatures have.  Gitaxian Probe is card draw, hand knowledge, and Cabal Therapy setup.  This is a budget build.  Hope you like!!  Open to suggestions.

I see how your creatures have a heavy emphasis on combat where you want to get in for the combat damage. I'm guessing that's why you have the anthem ability of your other creatures. But what of your defense though? If this deck is W/B and is aggro at that they you may need some spells that interact more with your opponent. I'm not saying change the focus of the deck, just have some countermeasures built into the main body of the deck. That way your opponent doesn't wrath the board and you're starting with a blank slate of a battlefield.

Hey G. Moto, thanks for your input!  You are right, I definitely need a couple countermeasures to prevent board wipes.  Do you have any recommendations?

I was thinking perhaps some selfless spirits?  It's a cheap flier that grants protection to my other creatures.

I replaced 3 creatures with selfless spirits in order to protect from board wipes :D

Revision 2

Added/removed cards:
-2 Pianna, Nomad Captain
+3 Selfless Spirit

Changed amounts:
-1 Soltari Trooper

That is a good idea. Also since you are playing W/B my first thought is the Orzhov Syndicate. Life and death can work well in this deck if you have ways to constantly bring back the selfless spirit fro the grave to your hand or the battlefield. Also if you have creatures or enchantments that just give all your creatures +1/+1 as permanent stat boosts then you won't have to force yourself to attack just to have a strong creature line-up. How do you feel about this suggestion?

I wouldn't be opposed to using enchantments like always watching.  But with Drana, I can keep making my creatures bigger instead of just having a one-time boost.  I'll try multiple versions of the deck, though.

To my knowledge, there aren't any lords in Soltari or Dauthi that grant permanent boosts unless I'm missing something.

I mean there's Deathbringer Liege, but at 5 mana he's pretty expensive.

Honestly the deathbringer liege would be a good addition to this deck. Maybe 1 or 2 copies but it definitely gives you another avenue when it comes to your combat phase. Also you could add Orzhov Signet or Orzhov keyrune. I like the rune because it can give you mana and also it can become a fairly good blocker when you need it to be. It serves a dual purpose and will help you build your mana base faster. Just some ideas.

But the problem with the enchantment aura is that since his creatures have shadow they can't be targeted by either player. Even instances that would save his life wouldn't work on his own creatures.
