Didn't include Chromatic Lantern because it does a lot more than most other mana rocks.

Didn't include Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, etc.. since they have other abilities/drawbacks.

Chromatic Lantern only costs 3 mana.  The same as the keyrunes, cluestones, and Darksteel Ingot.  While it isn't my overall favorite, I do like it better than those other.  I also like Cultivator's Caravan.
