Unfortunately, I think you have too much 3-drops. I think it would be best to swap out one of the 3-drop playset for Birds of Paradise to ramp faster and more consistent mana fixing. I recommend getting rid of lingering souls. You can easily sac mana dorks and Sakura Tribe Elder for Eldritch Evolution. Also note that Lingering Soul tokens are of 0 converted mana cost, so at best you are only getting a two drop in return

I think i might swap out lingering souls for fatal push. Deck needs some more consistent access to delirium for traverse lategame, and some removal. To address @ggtestament, the lingering souls are for the 0-2-4-6 path, with Heirarch for the 1-3-5-7
