In 3 Turns whatever they played probably doesnt matter anymore and during that time they cant get the card back from graveyard.
And mb try to get Narset's Reversal from the new Set.
Would be perfect for Talrand

Not gonna lie, I've never seen Delay in my life, but that seems amazing. It can be Isochron Scepter'd and has the potential to cost 1 mana with a cost-reducing piece out. Gonna pick one of those up & give it a shot.
