37 lands is a lot. Try 35, and add more ramp

Could you give me tips on what cards to cut out? I don't really wanna seperate a lot more from this deck. I also thought of building in Etali, Primal Storm and Captain's Hook. The mana base is not as important to me, I still want it to be pretty budget (I own many of the more expensive cards in there).

Uhhhhh I think Bolas works perfectly here. The theme is thievery and that bolas is the perfect bomb for turn 7 or 8.
