I think your are bit to tight with the mana base. 18 land would be with a deck that consists of 90% one drops ... this is not the case. You have cards with 7 casting cost and although the treasures give mana you wanna keep them to win ?

I would go up to 20-21 lands. Maybe add some of the cycle lands for colour fixing.
