Red/Blue; First Attempt

I'm trying a more blue-heavy red/blue deck, with a reactive strategy but some creatures to get a little control when reaction is unnecessary. I just want general pointers on how to improve as this is my first time building a deck, and I built this with extra cards that my friends had.
