Revision 3

Added/removed cards:
-1 Chaos Warp
-1 Curse of the Swine
Was thinking about putting these in, but I just never got around to ordering them.

-1 Chasm Skulker
Doesn't do anything in this deck. Just sits there.

-1 Desperate Ravings
Discarding randomly is B A D.  I remember the time I discarded Vandalblast, when I needed it most...

-1 Mizzium Mortars
-1 Prophetic Bolt
Mediocre removal.

+1 Rapid Hybridization
Good, unconditional removal, for one blue.

-1 Unwind
I am putting this back in ASAP because it protects my plans of comboing off and is only one blue mana and the rest can be discounted. Very good. I just don't know what to cut right now.

-1 Wizard's Retort
I got original counterspell now, which is just strictly better.

+1 Blatant Thievery
The amount of games this has won me is staggering, stealing other people's big threats is hilarious and also amazing.

+1 Blue Sun's Zenith
Instant-speed card draw is very good, it puts gas back in the engine. I might replace with Pull from Tomorrow however.

+1 Chain Reaction
This boardwipe almost always clears everything or at least almost everything, depending on the deck.

+1 Long-Term Plans
+1 Merchant Scroll
Tutor op. LTP is just an all around good tutor and Merchant Scroll can tutor up whatever I need, a counterspell, Firemind's Foresight, etc.

+1 Steady Progress
Cantrip as well as accelerates Mizzix.

+1 Vivid Creek
It's an island that taps for a red sometimes, which is what I need in this deck.

-1 Izzet Guildgate
+1 Izzet Boilerworks
More lands that tap for blue and red is good, but boilerworks made the cut while the guild gate was just a worse version of my other lands.

-1 Spinerock Knoll
It's just a bad mountain most of the time, and technically if I want to active its ability it gets me down two mana - one I could have used using the land, and the other, another red mana. Its ability is underwhelming half the time anyway.

Changed amounts:
+2 Island
-1 Mountain
Blue mana in my deck is MUCH more important than red, most of the deck is blue, and blue has the more colored-mana heavy effects.
