[Modern] Mono Black DISCARD help

Hi folks, I'm working on this new mono black discard deck, but I'm at that point where I have no idea how to improve it.
The problem with it is that it needs a perfect balance between forcing the opponent to draw cards, discard cards and slow down the pace of the game to let me escape the combat phase. I really struggle against aggro decks and I appreciate any type of help.
The deck is budget, so it must be under 30.

Have you considered Duress?  Fell Specter?  They tie in with the discard theme.
